The mandarin
duck fabric intrigued me, then the test was how to
use it. I appliquéd the Japanese flowers and
embellished it with paper pieced flowers |

Wildberry Vines

This quilt was
made for display for Calico Creations. I am
finding that I really enjoy the combination of
piecing and appliqué. This project was
especially fun as I could take the pieces with me
to work on and then set the whole quilt together.
Also fun to find all of the different fabrics for
cherries, berries and flowers! From a series
of patterns by Timid Thimble Creations.
