Poinsettias

| I started
this quilt several years ago but just couldn't
get it finished in time for Christmas, so it was
tucked away and forgotten. I happened upon
it again last autumn, vowed to complete it and
was finished in time for the New Year! The
pattern is 'Poinsettia Mosaic' by Jane Kakaley. |

This joins my
collection of seasonal quilts for display in my
home. IN October it hangs on my dining
room wall where it can be easily seen from the
street, putting on a show for all to see.

Quilting Buddies Christmas

My first block
exchange. Group members are Joan Hanson,
Linda Harris, Betty Moering, Shirley Urdal and
myself. Each member chooses a fabric to
share with the group. The fabrics then
appeared in blocks in very different ways.
Look carefully and identify the common fabric
among the five blocks. Quilted by Dawn
