Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Quilters Anonymous was regrettably forced to cancel our 2020 Quilt Show. Because of this, we decided it was only fair to invite the vendors that were selected for 2020 to join us for our 2021 quilt show.

Therefore, we are not accepting vendor applications for the 2021 quilt show. If you would like to be put on the wait list for 2021, please send us an email.

We welcome you to apply for our 2022 quilt show; the application will be online in June of 2021.

We’re excited to announce our 39th annual Quilters Anonymous quilt show will be held on March 13-15, 2020 in the Gary D. Weikel Center at the Evergreen State Fairgrounds in Monroe, WA. Our theme this year is “Beauty & Blossoms & Bugs, OH MY!”.

This will be our eighth year in the new space at the fairgrounds. The space is amazing, very bright and airy. Because of the many vendors interested in participating in the merchant mall, we are continuing our application process for merchant spaces. Our goal is to provide a great array of booths to be enjoyed by everyone attending the quilt show!

All vendors interested in participating in the 2020 QA quilt show must submit an application. Once again this year, the applications will be submitted online. To apply please fill out the application form between June 1st and August 1st, including uploading a photo of your booth/display from a recent quilt show. We do our best to accommodate the booth size preference of the merchants in the show.

Applications must be received no later than August 1, 2019. Late applications cannot be considered. The selection committee will send notifications on or about September 1, 2019. Notifications will be sent via email, unless you have notified us in advance of your preference to receive notification by regular mail.

Booth set-up for the show will take place on Thursday March 12, 2020 and take down will be the evening of Sunday March 15, 2020. Additional details regarding the show will be sent following notifications.

Please note: This is only an application. Please do not send a deposit now! Vendors who are offered a space will be asked to confirm and send payment once they have been notified.
