Become a Merchant Mall Vendor

Quilters Anonymous Guild is excited to welcome merchants to participate in our 2021 Virtual Quilt Show: Anonymous Quilted Treasures which will be online March 12 through May 1, 2021.

We are offering opportunities for merchants to participate as a sponsor or vendor to include a listing on the Merchant Mall webpage with a short description and a link to your website. There are also opportunities for submitting a demonstration video by your company and for social media spotlights. This is a new experience for our guild but we anticipate a large audience since the QA membership is over 450 members and the quilt show has had a long-lasting reputation as the place for quilters to go in March of every year! We are excited that a virtual show can reach beyond the Seattle metro area to an unlimited audience. Join us in this new experience!

Quilters Anonymous Guild looks forward to welcoming merchants back to our in-person show March 18-20, 2022, at the Evergreen State Fairgrounds in Monroe, WA. The show also will have a virtual component with a virtual merchant mall.

This year’s theme is “Looking Back, Moving Forward”, to celebrate the guild’s 40th show.

Applications will be available online in June and must be completed by August 1, 2021. The selection committee will notify vendors by approximately Sept. 1, 2021. Notification will be by email.

Because this year’s show will have a virtual component, merchants also may opt for a sponsor or vendor listing on the virtual Merchant Mall webpage with a short description and a link to your website. There are also opportunities for submitting a demonstration video by your company.

Once merchants are notified that they have been selected, full payment is due by October 1, 2021. Payments can be made by credit card online or by check.

The selection committee will do its best to accommodate booth size preferences, but spaces are limited. Applicants will be given preference based on their date of application.

Booth set-up will take place on Thursday, March 17, and takedown will be after the show closes at 4 p.m. Sunday. Additional details will be sent before the show.
