Become a Merchant Mall Vendor
Quilters Anonymous Guild is excited to welcome merchants to participate in our 2021 Virtual Quilt Show: Anonymous Quilted Treasures which will be online March 12 through May 1, 2021.
We are offering opportunities for merchants to participate as a sponsor or vendor to include a listing on the Merchant Mall webpage with a short description and a link to your website. There are also opportunities for submitting a demonstration video by your company and for social media spotlights. This is a new experience for our guild but we anticipate a large audience since the QA membership is over 450 members and the quilt show has had a long-lasting reputation as the place for quilters to go in March of every year! We are excited that a virtual show can reach beyond the Seattle metro area to an unlimited audience. Join us in this new experience!

We invite you to be a merchant at our show upcoming show, Galaxy of Quilts, from March 15 – 17, 2024. Please apply on or after 8 AM on June 1 for a booth for our Merchant Mall. Our application process is 100% online. We are pleased to offer the opportunity to pay by credit card or by check. Important dates are:
Application Process Open: June 1, 2023 at 8 AM
Application Deadline: August 15, 2023 at midnight
Notification of Acceptance from QA: By September 1, 2023
Registration and Payment from You: Must be received by October 1, 2023
Booth pricing is as follows:

| Stretch Single: | 10' x 15' | $415 |
| Small Double: | 10' x 18' | $495 |
| Double: | 10' x 20' | $550 |
| Stretch Double: | 10' x 23' | $640 |
| Outside Corner (3 avail.): | 300-400 sq. ft. | $825 to $1100 |
The selection committee will do its best to accommodate booth size preferences, but spaces are limited. We recommend that you apply early as applications are considered in the order in which they are received.
Once accepted, you will be given the opportunity to provide a live demonstration during the quilt show.
Booth set up will take place on Thursday, March 14, 2024 and takedown will be after the show closes at 4 PM Sunday.
