We are excited to announce that our 42nd Quilt Show, Galaxy of Quilts, will be held March 15-17, 2024, at the Evergreen State Fairgrounds in Monroe, WA. The QA Quilt Show is the largest quilt show in western Washington and has more than 2,000 visitors each year.
Please click on the Register button to the left to apply for a booth for our Merchant Mall. Our process is to apply for consideration, get accepted for the upcoming show, complete and submit your registration with full payment.
To complete the application process you need:
- Your booth size preference for 1st and 2nd choice
- A photo of your booth (this is not a mandatory field but is helpful)
- Brief description of your booth to include types of items for sale
NOTE: Some space is left after the initial registrations were accepted. Dates were extended to accommodate more applications. If you have any questions, please contact me directly. Important dates for the application and registration process are:
Application opens June 1 at 8 AM
Application deadline August 15 at Midnight (extended)
Notification of acceptance September 1 (extended)
Registration and payment October 1 (1 week after acceptance)
Booth pricing is as follows:
8' Single, 8' by 10': $220
10' Single, 10' by 10': $275
12' Single, 12' by 10': $330
15' Single, 15' by 10': $415
18' Double, 18' by 10': $495
20' Double, 20' by 10': $550
23' Double, 23' by 10': $640
Corner Booths (3 available): $825 - $1100
The selection committee will do its best to accommodate booth size preferences. Apply early as applications are considered in the order in which they are received. Please put special requests for your booth space (location, special size requests) into the comments section of the application.
NO payment is necessary at this time.
All merchants will be notified by September 1 of the decision. Merchants who are offered a space will be asked to register and send full payment once they have been notified.
When you register, you will have the opportunity to offer a live demonstration during the quilt show.
Booth set up will take place on Thursday, March 14, 2024 and takedown will be after the show closes at 4 PM on Sunday. Additional details will be sent after you register and submit payment.
