Merchants who have completed the Merchant Mall Application and have been approved as a merchant will receive an email with a code to complete this registration. 

Important dates are:

October 1, 2024  Registration and payment due 
March 12, 2025  Corner booths may begin setting up at 12:00
March 13, 2025  Booth set up 8:00-5:00 
March 13, 2025  Preview Party at 6:30  (optional)
March 14-15, 2025  Quilt Show  10:00-5:00  (merchants may enter after 8:00)
March 16, 2025

 Quilt Show  10:00-4:00   (merchants may enter after 8:00)

March 16, 2025

 Booth take down begins at 4:00 (must be completed by 7:00)

Registration is completed online by clicking the green button to the left. During registration you will be required to enter the code provided in the email notifying you of acceptance into the quilt show. The following new information will be part of registration: 

  • Option to present a demonstration at the show
  • Option to request tables and/or chairs. One chair is provided, please let us know if you need additional chairs (no cost). Tables are 8' x 30" and cost $10.00 each. 

Payment must be made by October 1 to confirm your participation in the show. There is a nonrefundable registration fee of $40 included in your payment. All cancellations prior to January 31 receive a refund of the fee minus the registration fee of $40. After January 31, the fee (minus the registration fee) will be refunded only if a comparable replacement merchant is found.

Payment by credit card online is available or you can request an invoice and send a check to the designated address. If payment is not received within two weeks after registering, registration will be canceled.  If you have any difficulty with registration email merchantmall@quiltersanonymous.orgInformation about booth location and important details will be sent in January.

As a reminder, all merchants will have a listing of the name of their company on our public website quiltersanonymous.org for no less than four months.  

The Preview Party on Thursday evening before the show is a special time for our members. We have a potluck dinner and enjoy the show without attendees. You are welcome to open your booth for sales at this time, and if you do so, 2 of your employees may join us for the potluck dinner, at our expense. Please let Adrienne know if you will be doing this.

Demonstrations are a fun part of our quilt show. Giving a demonstration at the show provides you a wonderful opportunity to present a new product, show the use of a favorite tool, or present an interesting technique. Please indicate on your registration form if you are interested in presenting a demonstration. For more information about demonstrations please email quiltshowinfo@quiltersanonymous.org.
